Q. Why are the prices on E-GlassTiles.com so affordable?
A. Our large volume of imports has created a mutually beneficial relationship with our manufacturer, we need them and they need us. For this reason we have been able to negotiate the absolute lowest possible rates.
Q. Can I visit your company in person?
A. Certainly, but keep in mind we are a no-frills operation. We operate out of a massive warehouse and a very small store front to display a selection of our products for contractors and designers. If you are in the Philadelphia area, feel free to stop in and see us.
Q. How much extra should I purchase?
A. Its best to estimate between 5-10% of the total order, to account for cut pieces and any pieces you may break during installation.
Q. What should I use to cut my tiles?
A. A glass cutter that can be purchased at any home improvement store.
Q. What if I want a special tile combination?
A. We can help you create the design of your dreams; any and all combinations are welcome. You can call, stop by, or email us with design questions and we will be glad to help.
Q. What cleaning method is recommended for my tile?
A. We recommend wiping them with a damp cloth containing a mild soap or tile-cleaner.
Q. Should I use a sealer when installing my tile?
A. Absolutely, your grout will last much longer if you use a sealer after the grout has dried and cured.
